きのこピッツァ : お茶の時間にしましょうか－キャロ＆ローラのちいさなまいにち

きのこが美味しい季節。
恒例のきのこピッツァを焼きました。
お家バジルも、ちょっと元気がなくなってきていて
そろそろお終いが近いのかな・・。
もう夏はとっくに終わってしまったのに
まだちょっと未練の残る私です（主に食べ物方面で・・笑）

ナポリ風の生地がもちもちで、何度食べても飽きません(^_^)

ぴちぴちぱちぱち、モツァレラチーズがとろ～り。

きのこの香りに、秋を満喫♪

雨雲が垂れこめた新浦安。
すっかり涼しくなって、オーブンも活躍する機会が多くなりそう＾＾

ピザ美味しそうですね～♪　一気にお腹が減ってきました～
キャロラインさんの作られる作品（食べ物）は、どれも美味しそう～
作り方とか、どこかに載せていたら是非教えていただきたいです！
私も日々、キャロラインさんのブログから刺激を受け、料理にチャレンジするのですが・・センスがなくて四苦八苦してます。
キャロラインさんのような、センスのいいお母様って憧れで～す♪

鳩の名前を良く見聞きする今日この頃ですので（笑）
時流に乗って鳩サブレーを作ってみました(^_^;)
作ってみたら、鳩の可愛さにあらためて気づき、
鳩サブレーの素朴な美味しさにやみつきに＾＾
私もニュース番組に結構注目してます。
どんなふうに日本が変わっていくのか、興味のあるところですよね＾＾

そしてお褒め頂いてありがとうございます。
特にどこかに作り方を載せてるとかはないんですよ。
大体親とかに教えてもらってきて覚えたものやら本やらを参考にして
あとは何となく作り続けて今の形になったものが多くて（つまりいい加減？(^_^;)）
娘のためにも、一度文字にしてみるのもいいのかなあと、ちょっと今思いました。
このナポリピザの場合は、材料はＮＨＫの「ためしてガッテン」を参考にしています。

そんなわけで大してご参考になる話が出来ませんでしたけど、こんな調子でやっています。
またレシピごとに言って頂ければ、おおよそどんな作り方でとご説明出来ると思います＾＾

美味しいですし、栄養がありますし。
免疫力をアップするとか、新型インフルエンザの流行している今、
たくさん食べて元気に過ごしたいですよね。

ありがとうございます、そう仰って頂けて嬉しいです＾＾
その季節ごとに食べたくなるものを作って、目でも舌でも季節を楽しんで。
ブログを始めてからは、写真に撮る楽しみも増えました。
写真を撮ってる間に、お料理が冷めてしまうことが、唯一困ったことですけど（苦笑）
この写真を撮ってる間も、「もういい？」の声が横からかかっていて・・(^_^;)
